About us
I’m Dr Ted Rabjohns. Founder of The Student Tutors and working in Brighton Hospitals, having graduated from the University of Manchester.
I set up The Student Tutors because of my own experience. In school, I was too nervous to ask the questions I needed to ask, and it cost me. My sixth-form tutor told me not to bother applying for Medicine. I applied anyway, got in, and I’m now studying at one of the UK’s top medical schools.
That experience taught me that the right support, delivered by someone relatable, can completely change a student’s trajectory. That’s the principle behind every tutor we hire.
